Access to applicant data is limited to the authorised members of our team involved in the relevant process and, where applicable, the client responsible for the vacancy. We process only the data required for the application and placement process.
Job advertisements and the online application function on our website are operated through the applicant tracking system Recruitee. When you apply through our website, the information and documents you submit, including your CV, are captured and stored in Recruitee and made available to the authorised members of our team involved in the relevant recruitment process. Retention periods for candidate records are configured in the system and determine how long applications, documents and process-related notes are kept. Recruitee acts as our processor for this purpose.
Our website contains links to our profiles on LinkedIn, and job advertisements may be published on or shared through LinkedIn. If you interact with our LinkedIn presence or apply through LinkedIn, LinkedIn processes your data under its own terms and privacy notice, which apply in addition to this Privacy Policy. Where an application reaches us through LinkedIn, we then process the data within our recruitment process as described above.
Where we offer the option to book a call or meeting online, this may be provided through a third-party scheduling service such as Calendly. If you book an appointment through such a service, the details you enter, for example your name, e-mail address and any information you provide about your request, are processed in order to arrange and confirm the appointment. The scheduling provider's own privacy terms may apply in addition to this Privacy Policy.
Where we offer paid services, for example career consulting packages, payments are processed through the payment service provider Stripe, typically via a Stripe payment link or checkout page. If an application does not lead to employment or placement, application data is generally retained only for as long as necessary to complete the recruitment process and to meet legal obligations, or for a longer period where you have consented to being considered for future opportunities. Candidate records can subsequently be deleted or anonymised.
When you visit our website, technical data may be processed automatically, such as IP-related connection data, browser type, device information, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, and the date and time of access, together with other server log data required for the operation, security and troubleshooting of the website.
